Rowmotive reads the text in your sheet and answers the same question for every row. Each answer goes into a new column next to your data: one of your own categories, a yes or no, or a score on your scale. Use it for text classification, sentiment analysis, tagging and scoring across thousands of rows, then filter, count and chart the results like any other column.

What people use it for:

- Survey and Google Forms responses: sort open-ended answers into themes such as Pricing, Onboarding or Feature request, and add the sentiment of each answer.
- Customer reviews and feedback: tag the topic, label the sentiment as Positive, Neutral or Negative, and flag the ones that need a reply.
- Support tickets and emails: classify each ticket as a bug, billing question or how-to, and score its urgency from 1 to 4.
- Leads and sign-ups: check whether each lead fits your ideal customer, and score it from 1 to 5 against your own criteria.
- App store reviews and social comments: find complaints, feature requests and praise, and flag spam or off-topic comments.
- Interview notes and research data: code qualitative answers against your codebook.
- Job listings, product catalogs and any other list: check each row against a written rule, such as "allows fully remote work" or "mentions a price".

How it works:

1. Open Rowmotive from the Extensions menu and allow it to use your spreadsheet.
2. Describe the column you want in plain words, such as "Is the customer asking for a refund?", or let Rowmotive read your columns and suggest AI columns that fit your data, such as Topic, Sentiment or Needs a reply. Rowmotive answers the first rows right away so you can check the answers, and you can edit any AI column later.
3. Click Fill. Rowmotive answers every remaining row, up to 10,000 rows per sheet, and shows its progress.
4. Answers Rowmotive is unsure about are highlighted, so you know which rows to check.
