This add-on allows four different operations with your Salesforce data:
    * Pull in a Salesforce report
    * Import Salesforce data based on a custom query or SOQL
    * Insert / Update changes made in the Sheet to Salesforce
    * Refresh data in Google Sheetsᵀᴹ manually, or on a regularly scheduled interval
    * Delete data from Salesforce
    * (New!) Create a smart chip from Salesforce URLs in Google Docsᵀᴹ

Very bad app and beyond useless. We will be looking at other CRMs. No reason to stay with something this expensive when they can't even get a gmail extension to work.

As of today 8/29/2023, some of the report syncing ceased to function and it's seemingly impossible to get a response from Google about what is going on, so my current rating is 1★, but under normal circumstances where this tool is functioning as intended, I would give it at least 8★ out of 5. I absolutely love this tool. With the overly complex object structure our organization has, sometimes it's challenging to combine cross-object metrics in a single SF report/dash. This tool has made it incredibly easy to sync the individual scattered reports from various objects in a Google Sheet where, being a spreadsheet nerd, I can way more easily do anything I need to do with my data to tell a compelling data story. Once I have a clear understanding of what's going on, I'll absolutely update my existing review.

I agree with Łukasz Bogacz. The add-on broke this morning and it is not loading anymore. Just a blank half window shows up. All of our users using this are impacted and manually exporting currently. Any alternative to export 100K rows would be appreciated! Thanks

This app no longer connects to SF. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. If it were to work I would have given it 4.5-5 star review.

Hello here, The Salesforce Connector is not working anymore. I am attempting to open it to do a manual refresh but it does not work. When I open it, a blank window pops up and then nothing. So I uninstalled this connecter and installed it again but same issue. Because I uninstalled it, I fear that the automatic refreshed I set up won't work anymore. Thanks for your help

This worked great until it didn't. Now I get an error every time I try to refresh. Sounds like nobody can get ahold of Google to resolve, so I guess I'm looking for another plugin.

This tool has been a disaster in our office today. All report refreshes are failing and no one has replied from customer support. We're trying the Coefficient extension for Salesforce now and very happy with it so far

This extension was great for automating Salesforce report imports into Google Sheets for several of my clients. Sometimes there were import row limits and bugs but I always found workarounds with Apps Script. Now I'm stuck with a new error. One of my clients is a large company and we're getting error message "You can't run more than 1,200 reports asynchronously every 60 minutes. Try again later." - I've reached out to Google and no one will reply to offer any support. We've switched to coefficient.io and are much happier but I'd still appreciate a reply from Google Support. Thank you

I am connecting to a mid-size report (Columns A:AB, Rows 1:2500). This connector loads two sets of headers on row 1 and 2. The second is displaced since it is missing columns from the original report. Now I have to connect google sheets to my copy in MS Excel and refresh data manually and frequently (not ideal). I imported a smaller report and that one is not messed up, but the auto refresh (every 8 hours) does not refresh anything although the log says it did. This add-on seems to be limited to small reports that don't update frequently. A pity but I will have to keep working with my Ms Excel 365
