This add-on allows four different operations with your Salesforce data:
    * Pull in a Salesforce report
    * Import Salesforce data based on a custom query or SOQL
    * Insert / Update changes made in the Sheet to Salesforce
    * Refresh data in Google Sheetsᵀᴹ manually, or on a regularly scheduled interval
    * Delete data from Salesforce
    * (New!) Create a smart chip from Salesforce URLs in Google Docsᵀᴹ

Love this extension and use it all the time. Many of the reviews that are not five star complain about automations not working. I don't use those, so for just straight data pulls where you need to dump Salesforce data in and start working with it in a spreadsheet, it's fantastic, easy to use. Everyone on my team uses it daily and I'd be lost without it. Great time saver for me.

I'm torn on how to review this. Up until recently this was my FAVORITE app in Google Workspace. For some reason it's no longer automatically refreshing like it used to do, so it no longer serves my purpose. Big disappointment here. I hope they fix it soon.

As of today 8/29/2023, some of the report syncing ceased to function and it's seemingly impossible to get a response from Google about what is going on, so my current rating is 1★, but under normal circumstances where this tool is functioning as intended, I would give it at least 8★ out of 5. I absolutely love this tool. With the overly complex object structure our organization has, sometimes it's challenging to combine cross-object metrics in a single SF report/dash. This tool has made it incredibly easy to sync the individual scattered reports from various objects in a Google Sheet where, being a spreadsheet nerd, I can way more easily do anything I need to do with my data to tell a compelling data story. Once I have a clear understanding of what's going on, I'll absolutely update my existing review.

Worked great until the automatic updates I had set up randomly stopped working a few days ago. Second time that this has happened in the past 6 months. Hopefully back up soon because it's a fantastic tool outside of that.

Very bad app and beyond useless. We will be looking at other CRMs. No reason to stay with something this expensive when they can't even get a gmail extension to work.

It doesn't work anymore. The tool is not triggering the automations like it used to. HUGE issue and basically makes it useless. I see similar comments dating back to late August. Is GOOGLE going to fix this or what! How do we get a hold of someone?

This worked great until it didn't. Now I get an error every time I try to refresh. Sounds like nobody can get ahold of Google to resolve, so I guess I'm looking for another plugin.

Hello here, The Salesforce Connector is not working anymore. I am attempting to open it to do a manual refresh but it does not work. When I open it, a blank window pops up and then nothing. So I uninstalled this connecter and installed it again but same issue. Because I uninstalled it, I fear that the automatic refreshed I set up won't work anymore. Thanks for your help

It's good for small sets of data. If you need to use multiple reports in one sheet, it begins to become a bit cumbersome. To fix this, I would love to see a "Refresh All" button so that you can easily refresh all tabs, rather than doing each one-by-one.
