Easy Email Schedule

This add-on lets you schedule emails and specify spreadsheet data that you can send to several recipients of your choosing. You can also select the file format you would like to attach to your email.

Send emails while you sleep. Let the automations work for you and make your day easier.

Reduce mistakes: automations don't forget to attach files or send emails. They also don't get sick or take vacations.

You simply need to follow 3 super easy steps:

STEP 1: Select your data.
Choose the sheets or data range within your spreadsheet you would like to send. Then, pick a file format. 

STEP 2: Enter your recipients. Enter the email addresses of your recipients, just like in any other email. You can of course also CC or BCC yourself so you receive a copy as well.

STEP 3: Schedule.
Choose when the emails should be sent. Select how many times it should repeat. Then choose whether that should be hours, days, weeks or months, so “every 10 weeks” for example.
Pick a time, such as between “0800 - 0900” when the email should be sent and your automation is set. Insert a start date so the automation knows from when it should run, for instance “Sep 1st 2024” and you're good to go.

We integrated a “send now” feature so you can easily test whether you are satisfied with the result. And there is of course also the option to schedule the email only once.

Things to keep in mind:

Maximum number of recipients is 50. This is a Gmail   ™ limit we cannot change.

You can choose to export the data in the following file formats: PDF, Excel, ODS, CSV
