Email your Google Sheets™ tab as a PDF automatically, every day, week or month.

Pick a tab or a range, choose when and who gets it, and the report arrives in their inbox as a clean PDF, even when the spreadsheet is closed. Free for one weekly or monthly report. Pro is €5 a month for all your reports. Install it, and you have a test PDF in your own inbox in under a minute.

How it works
1. Open your spreadsheet in Google Sheets™ → Extensions → Scheduled PDF Reports for Google Sheets™ → Open scheduled reports.
2. Pick the tab. Click "Email me this tab as a PDF" and check your inbox.
3. Choose the day and time (for example every Monday at 08:00, in your time zone) and add the recipients. Done. It keeps running by itself.

Send a PDF that looks right
- One tab, a range like A1:F30, or the whole spreadsheet
- Landscape or portrait, fit to width or to one page, A4 or Letter
- Gridlines on or off, frozen header rows repeated on every page
- Spreadsheet name and tab name at the top, page numbers at the bottom
- Preview the PDF and the email before anything is sent

Schedule the email
- Weekly or monthly (free), and daily, weekdays only or every hour in a time window (Pro)
- Your own time zone, also for recipients in other countries
- Several schedules per spreadsheet (Pro), for example a daily one for the team and a monthly one for the board

Emails people actually read
- Subject and message with the date, week number, tab name, and live cell values: "Revenue yesterday: {B2}" becomes "Revenue yesterday: €12,400" (Pro)
- Line breaks and paragraphs stay exactly as you type them
- Attach PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (Excel and CSV on Pro)

Only send when it matters (Pro)
- "Only send if B2 is greater than 0", for example a stock alert that only goes out when something is below its minimum
- "Only send if the tab has data", so nobody gets an empty report

You always know it went out
- Every run is listed in the history: sent, skipped and why, or failed and why
- If a report cannot be sent, you get an email the same day telling you why and what to do
- When you turn a report off, nothing is sent. Not once.
- The side panel shows how much of your daily email allowance you have left

Your data stays with you
The PDF is made by Google Sheets™ and sent from your own Gmail™ account. Your spreadsheet data never passes through our servers. The add-on cannot read your email or browse your Google Drive™.
