As part of the Coro security platform, Secure Messages seamlessly integrates with your existing email account, allowing you to send sensitive information and documents with robust encryption, recipient-only access to the message, certified proof of email delivery, and built-in anti-malware verification.

The Secure Messages add-in allows users of Gmail™ to send Coro-secured messages with attachments. The recipients of the secured messages are notified via email. Only the intended recipients can access the emails via the Secure Messages web portal.

I needed to open a support ticket because the extension was giving me an error message. A support representative responded quickly, asking me to provide a workspace ID. I replied to the support representative that I was never told I needed a workspace ID to use the extension. To my complete surprise, I received a follow-up email that was automatically generated by their algorithm. That email informed me that my support ticket was being closed. I never received an answer from the support representative about whether I needed a workspace ID to use the browser extension. I have better things to do with my time than deal with faulty support algorithms that erroneously close support tickets. Furthermore, I will be uninstalling the browser extension and will not be dealing with this company going forward.
