đŻ SEAL runs a whole event out of one Google Formâą: the sign-up caps itself, you manage who took a place, and everyone gets their document by email. No spreadsheet gymnastics in between. âïž HOW IT WORKS Every session, seat or time slot is an answer option with its own capacity, watched by a choice limiter of its own. Each incoming response is counted against the option it picked, and a full option leaves the form. The booking is therefore done by the form itself, and nobody can sign up for a place that is already gone. đ MANAGE THE BOOKINGS See the responses your form collected. Open a single one, delete it, or copy the link that lets a participant change their own entry and send it to them. Deleting a response frees the place it occupied straight away, so a cancellation reopens the slot without you touching the limits. đ RESET FOR THE NEXT ROUND Run the same form every week? A daily or weekly reset clears the responses for you, so the next round starts on an empty sheet. It stays off until you switch it on. đš TICKETS, INVOICES AND CERTIFICATES In event mode each attendee receives a ticket or an invoice; in quiz mode SEAL checks the score and sends a certificate. Pick one of the built-in templates or bring your own design. âïž PERSONALIZE WITH MERGE TAGS Use placeholders to fill in the name, the department or any answer from the submission, in the document and in the mail around it. đ USE CASE: A COURSE WITH LIMITED SEATS Three sessions, twenty seats each, one form. Each session drops off the list as it fills, you see who booked what, and everybody leaves with a ticket in their inbox and a certificate after the exam. đ± SHARE VIA QR CODE Every form can be shared instantly via a built-in QR code, in the size you need. No extra tools required. đ§ EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Get notified by email whenever a limit is reached, so you always know how full your event is. đ We are grateful for any feedback and feature requests đ
