SendKuy sends WhatsApp, SMS, and email to the rows of your spreadsheet, so you never copy phone numbers one by one again.

How it works:
1. Connect your SendKuy account with an API key.
2. Pick the phone number column, the email column, and optionally a schedule column.
3. Write the message using your column titles, such as {{Name|there}}, and preview it with the first row.
4. Send. Before anything goes out, you see the number of recipients, the estimated credits, and a sample message to approve.

The status of every message is written back to the sheet: queued, scheduled, sent, delivered, read, or failed with the reason.

• Order confirmations from Google Forms over WhatsApp, sent as soon as the response arrives.
• Monthly payment reminders over WhatsApp, with email for customers who have no number.
• Class schedule reminders over SMS.
• Event tickets and details by email to your attendee list.
• One-off messages to the rows you select.

Each row goes out on the first channel that has an address, in the order you set. A schedule column sends the message at
the time you wrote.

Auto-send (optional): Google Form responses are sent right away, and rows you type in by hand are sent about one to two
hours after their last edit.

WhatsApp messages go out from the number you connected in SendKuy by QR code or the Chrome extension.

The add-on is free to install and needs a SendKuy account. New accounts start with a free trial; after that, sending
uses a paid SendKuy plan.
