A few extra features I would include, such as importing from Google Contacts and doing the merge and clean inside shared contacts, plus the ability to add/remove fields to configure the contact screen to capture information important to you / your business, would be great. If I can do this, I'd like to know how. This application helps share contacts with all users/staff who need contact and other details. Now, we need to train/remind users so they can also add contacts. I am surprised this is not built into Google; it is what is required in order to unlock its powerful simplicity. Thank you.

This app has made collaborating on contacts so much better for us and sharing these contacts with any other person is as easy as one, two, and three! I only have to create a label and then click on the share button, next thing is to enter the email address and set the permission I want that person to have, and that is all. All the new contacts I add to the shared label are automatically shared and synced with their mobile phones. Fantastic work!

Sharing contacts with this tool is super easy. We share our contact labels of our church with our team members and other event organizers, despite the fact that these are not on our domain. We can even share these contact labels with any Gmail user as well. This is really powerful and extremely versatile and intuitive. We are big fans and we recommend everyone to try it!

We are using Shared Contacts for Gmail at our architectural firm for more than six months and it has been a pleasant experience. We initially started using it to maintain and share different lists of contacts that are essential for us like contacts of vendors, electricians, wood suppliers, carpenters, and others with our team members, but as we started suing it, we realized how much more can this tool do like sharing with external domains, giving the ability to re-share contacts, seeing all the members of a Google Groups, and much more. It is more than just a contact sharing app for sure!

Sharing contacts for our law firm has been one of the biggest pains and we were using Office exchange, which has its own limitations. One of our colleagues suggested we contact this company to see if they can help us in any way, considering we are not using Google Workspace. In the very first call, their team smoothly guided us on what needs to be done and we were on-boarded on migrating our contacts from Office to Google Workspace, partly because it was better for us and partly because they offered us to do the migration on our behalf. Once they successfully migrated our contacts, they helped us understand how we can make the most out of their web application, extensions and mobile apps. We organized our contacts in labels and this app gave us powers to share these contacts with anyone in our team or anyone else who is using Gmail. In addition, our contacts list is automatically updated every time any member makes any changes to the shared contacts. Their company and the services they offer are exceptional. They apparently give you power to share contacts, but they actually help us do so much more!

It is one of the best tools I have come across to improve the operations of multiple agencies. I help various interior design agencies improve their operations with a variety of technology solutions. Whenever it comes to contacts management and sharing for those who are Google Workspace users, I recommend Shared Contacts for Gmail. One of the best features it offers is the ability to provide different access levels for different users that the owner of contact labels can easily decide. These access permissions include view only, edit, delete, re-share and changing the complete ownership of the contacts label. Now, if you share your contacts with editing permissions, all the edits or updates about those contacts will be synced in the main contact group and all the users can easily see the updated information. Usually the account management teams and sales teams specifically love this feature, but many CRM managers and admins also love it because it automates the syncing of contacts in the central contacts list. I highly recommend it!

I think one of the best things that make Google services par excellent is apps like these which are solving super important problems that are simple yet very important. After using there services for almost a year now, I won’t be stopping even if Google gives me built-in contact sharing features because I am sure it won’t be this better in their first launches!
