This might legitimately be one of the worst updates to an app that I've ever seen. None of the old functionality remains and it has become entirely unusable. The link that is created when you request files looks incredibly unprofessional and not at all secure/trustworthy and it is impossible to share files in a timely fashion.

Very disappointing and frustrating! The prior "blue icon" Sharefile gmail add-on was great. This is an enormous step backwards. Not being able to drag and drop is absurd. It is extremely time consuming to route through the Sharefile folders to add the doc to attach.

This addon is horrible, you can't insert more than one file at a time and it won't pull from filebox to insert files. So if you're sending three files, you have insert three links. The Request link looks horrible, looks like I'm using an ancient app or something. You guys really went backwards from the nice looking Citrix addon.

This is the worst plug in to ever exist. Like all of the other reviews, the inability to drag and drop into this makes it completely unusable. The fact this hasn't been fixed yet is unbelievable. Truly amateur hour.

This has been a seriously disappointing "enhancement". Did they even try to get user input and/or testing? Trying to send more than one file has added so much time to what used to be a matter of seconds that it is too inconvenient to use. In addition, the recipients of our emails are having major problems in both receiving and accessing the files. One ShareFile programmer blamed Google - but instead of blaming them, they should have worked with them. This current product is basically useless and needs to be fixed.

If I could give it no stars I would I want to share files that are not in share file. ones that are in sharefile are already shared what a redundant tool. give me back my old email tool the reason I got your service to start with

Update ruined this add-on. Is there any better alternative to Citrix Sharefile? Sick of these guys this product sucks far worse for my company than the previous add-on that maybe worked half the time.

Terrible update. No more dragging and dropping. It's as if they took the product and asked how do we make doing almost everything with the extension more difficult and give it a 1995 look. Considering switching to another provider

COMPLETELY USELESS - I NEED TO DROP AND DRAG FILES FROM MY DESKTOP. THIS IS A HUGE STEP BACKWARDS - MAYBE YOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM SHOULD TALK WITH THE USERS BEFORE YOU START MAKING CHANGES.

What a horrible add-on. Complete downgrade from a perfectly good and working tool. I really hope they are reading all these reviews because we aren't the only ones that are frustrated and considering moving on from Sharefile.
