Sheet Notification and Reminder is an easy to use tool for sending emails when your sheet data is updated or a reminder date arrives. 

You can configure which part of the sheet you are monitoring and data condition that should be satisfied. The email subject and content can be fully personalised based on the data extracted from sheets using variables.

Very easy to use to set reminder. However, still learning to use the date as trigger since it is not clear when (at what time) the reminder will be sent.
