Turn a spreadsheet into Google Calendar™ events: a class timetable, staff rota, content calendar, event schedule, project plan or bookings from a Google Forms™ form. One row, one event.

Change a row and sync again, and the event is updated, not duplicated. Each row remembers its event, so only rows you changed are touched and re-running won't double up your calendar.

WHAT YOU CAN SET FROM A ROW
• Title, start and end (or a duration), all-day events and multi-day events
• Description, location, guests, colour, reminders, busy or free
• Repeats in plain words: "weekly on Mon and Wed until 18/12/2026", "weekdays", "monthly, 6 times", or any RRULE
• A Google Meet™ link
• Which calendar each row goes to, and its own time zone
• Delete: put Yes in a Delete column to remove a row's event
Columns are matched by their headers ("Event name", "Date", "Notes", "Attendees" all work) and you can pick any column by hand.

TIMES EXACTLY AS TYPED
• 09:00 in your sheet is 09:00 in Google Calendar™, through clock changes and whatever time zone your calendar is set to.
• Real date cells, typed text dates (14/10/2026 or 10/14/2026, by your sheet's locale) and dates like "Wed 14 Oct 2026 2pm" all work.
• For all-day events, the end date is the last day, as you'd expect.

SAFE TO USE ON REAL CALENDARS
• Preview shows every event that will be created, changed or deleted before anything is written, with problems flagged by row and explained in plain words.
• Undo the last sync in one click: created events are removed, changed ones put back, deleted ones restored.
• Guests aren't emailed unless you turn invitations on.
• Fields your sheet doesn't have a column for are left alone, so changes made in Google Calendar™ stay put.
• Big sheets are fine: thousands of rows sync in batches that carry on by themselves.

GOOGLE FORMS™
Map a form's responses sheet once, and every response becomes an event. With Pro, new responses are added automatically as they arrive.

PLANS
• Free: the first 25 rows of each sheet, with updates, deletes, preview and undo.
• Pro, $5 a month or $39 a year: every row, and new form responses synced automatically. Upgrading happens in the sidebar and unlocks within seconds, on the Google account you're using. Your receipt includes a licence key, so you can move Pro to another account at any time. Cancel whenever you like from "Manage subscription".

PRIVACY
• It only opens the spreadsheet you're using it in, never your other files, Gmail™ or Google Drive™.
• Your rows and events never leave Google. They're processed by Google Apps Script™.
• To check your plan it sends only your Google account's email address to our licence server.
