SheetToCsv merges every tab of a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet into an Export_CSV tab and a single CSV file in one click, with no manual copy and paste.

How it works
1. Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets™.
2. Open SheetToCsv in the side panel and grant access to this spreadsheet.
3. Click "Convert this spreadsheet".
4. SheetToCsv saves a ready-to-use .csv file in your Google Drive™, which you download with
   one click ("Download the CSV file" button), and adds an Export_CSV tab to the spreadsheet
   holding the same consolidated data.

Features
• Consolidates every tab of a spreadsheet into one table.
• Adds a "Source sheet" column to each row so you always know where the data came from.
• RFC 4180 compliant output: cells containing a separator, a quote or a line break are
  escaped correctly.
• UTF-8 encoding: accents, non-Latin characters and emoji are preserved.
• Separator adapted to your language: semicolon where the comma is the decimal separator
  (French, German, Spanish…), comma elsewhere.
• Numbers with a decimal point and ISO 8601 dates, directly readable by an ERP.
• Export timestamp written on the first row of the Export_CSV sheet.
• Empty sheets are skipped; up to 30 sheets and 10,000 rows per sheet.

Permissions requested
Google's authorization screen shows three permissions. Here is what each one covers.

• Per-file access (drive.file): lets you pick one specific spreadsheet, and only that one.
  The app adds only the CSV file it generates. It cannot read any other file in your
  Google Drive™.

• Spreadsheets (spreadsheets): Google words this permission as "See, edit, create and delete
  all your Google Sheets spreadsheets". That is Google's standard wording and it is broader than
  the real use. A Google Workspace add-on is not attached to any document, so there is no other
  technical way to open the spreadsheet you launch it from. In practice SheetToCsv only opens
  that one spreadsheet, the one in front of you, and only after you click "Authorize this
  spreadsheet". It does not browse your Drive and does not list or open any other file.

• User interface (script.container.ui): required to display the side panel and the menu
  inside Google Sheets™.

Your spreadsheet content is processed during the conversion and written back into your own
spreadsheet and your own Google Drive™. No spreadsheet data is sent to a third-party server or retained by the developer.
