How It Works

The add-on reads tracking data from the active sheet and writes tracking results back into your columns.

All actions are manually triggered from the sidebar interface inside Google Sheets™. No background refresh or automatic scheduling is performed.

Bulk operations are limited per run to ensure stable execution.

Refresh Safeguards

During refresh actions:
• Shipments already marked as delivered are skipped
• Shipments refreshed within a defined cooldown period are skipped

These safeguards help maintain performance and prevent unnecessary API calls.

Requirements

• A valid Ship24 API key
• A properly structured header row in your sheet

Data & Security

Your Ship24 API key is stored securely within your Google account using Google Apps Script™ User Properties.

Tracking data is sent to the Ship24 API only when you manually trigger an action. Results are written directly back into your spreadsheet. The add-on does not perform background data collection or automated processing.
