SignPro is easy and convenient tool that connects with your company’s Google Workspace and helps you to build corporate e-mail signatures, manage them and assign to your team members. 

NB! Installation can be performed only by the Google Workspace Admin user. If you are not an Admin, please share this page with your Google Workspace Administrator. 
Please note, currently SignPro is available in beta version free of charge, while we are working on app’s full potential and gathering your feedback.

➤ Centralized signature management for your Google workspace account users and domains.
If you are using Google Workspace for business that hosts your company(-ies) domain(s) and team members, then SignPro is the tool for you to create and manage corporate signatures for all of your users from one place smoothly, easily, and quickly. Just choose the domain, build the signature and apply it to selected users in a few clicks.

➤ Easy and functional Signature builder. 
Create customised corporate signatures according to your brand visual identity with an intuitive design tool. Signature builder enables you to design and edit signature components. The design preview of the signature is displayed in real-time just beside the builder.
The User Preview inside the builder enables you to check how the signature design looks on different users even before applying it.

➤ Users Manager backed up by Google Workspace Directory Service.
You will have the overview of all users for each domain (primary and aliases), organised by job title, department, and organisational unit, exactly like in the Google Workspace Directory. User information inside the app will always stay updated by Google Directory Service. Filter out users according to your preferences, check their currently applied signatures, and/or choose and apply default or personalized signature. 

➤ Trackable Marketing Campaigns.
SignPro enables you to upload trackable banners with destination link, that you can include to any signature. Your email readers will be sent to your chosen destination immediately after they tap the banner. 
You will be able to create personalised visuals for marketing campaign purposes, such as business proposals, events promotion, commercial campaigns, etc., and generate traffic to the desired destination. 
With this option, you will get additional marketing channel and turn your team members into organisation’s ambassadors and promotors. 

NB! The tracking feature will be fully available in the next release! Each click that your email reader will make on the signature banner will be included in the banner statistics. You will know how much traction your campaign gets.
