Finally, the solution that meets all our needs - easy to install and use, Sign.UseWise is email signature management that gives us complete control over company email signatures. Since our company uses group Send As addresses to send emails, we are very happy with Send As management feature and now we can easily create new Send As addresses, apply signatures for them and manage the existing ones. We use Sign.UseWise for marketing purposes as well, to add and schedule custom promotional banners in email signatures. Their support team has also been very helpful and handled all our requests in a timely fashion.

So far the best application for email signature management integrated perfectly with Google Workspace. The installation is very straightforward and the entire app is user-friendly. We can choose if we want to set signatures for specific users, groups, organizational units or domains and easily manage send as alias addresses for the entire company from one place. It saves much time on repetitive tasks since you can set and update signatures with just a few clicks. Choosing from a variety of templates within the app gallery is also a nice feature, but the full HTML editor is definitely a must have for power users and customization. The support team was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions.
