This add-on lets you collect and format time tracking data and service requests from the field in Google Sheets™, in real time.

It can be used wherever it is necessary to control the passage of field and remote workers, for example in the cleaning, maintenance, security or construction sectors.

It works with Skiply's Ubiqod platform, which is used to create tracking QR codes associated with sites, or to communicate with mobile time clocks in the Skiply range (connected buttons, RFID time clocks, hands-free time clocks, etc.).

From the raw data sent by the Ubiqod platform, the add-on will allow you to:
- Visualize in real time the presence and the passages on the sites (the passages can be anonymous or identified)
- Calculate the duration of the services, which will then make it possible to produce detailed statistics for internal or external purposes by site and/or by employee
- Indicate any anomalies
- Monitor service requests made by on-site staff (example: request for consumables)

The use of Google Sheets™ makes it possible to benefit from all the advantages of this tool: sharing in reading with users, statistical analyzes with pivot tables, creation of dashboards from data in Google Data Studio™, implementation of email alerts when, for example, a new service request is added.
