This is really excellent - does what it says on the tin. I found the YouTube run-through really good. It seemed to handle everything pretty well. I'd probably like a way to give references custom text, but I think actually if you insert the reference and then edit it, that seems to work. What would be quite nice is if you could select text and insert the reference there, and have it use that text. I got good results by using Google Docs' ability to edit list items to specify a prefix - so I was able to enter "Schedule x" etc. and have it automatically number each schedule.
