I'm sorry the app didn't meet your expectations.
In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with paid apps. It's something Google allows because businesses will then create apps that otherwise would have never been created. It's up to the customer to purchase the app or not.
In particular, this add-on is targeting businesses that do expect to have a positive return on investment. It might not worth your money, but it definitely does for many other businesses.
I understand your frustration. However, in my opinion, accusing our company of fraud it's not fair. I assume almost no one works for free, neither do I or my colleagues.
We've amended the description to give more visibility to add-on costs. Now it's stated in the first row after the header. We value people's feedback, and we think you were right on that bit.
