I'm sorry but hiding the fact that this app is quite expensive behind a 'free 2 week trial' that requires full payment details to be provided and verified and stored on your server with 'autorenewal' as the vehicle that you use to gain a paying customer base... this is not the practice of a trustworthy and valuable service that I have ever encountered. If a given service provides a marginal benefit over its cost it represents a positive value, a trail is certainly a legitimate practice in IT services and softtware sales. However, the practice of gathering full and TOS authorised payment details as a PRE condiion of said trail AND making the trial 14 days. This would rarely be enough time to onboard a new system, train relevant staff, implement fully and collect enough data in the results that are necessary to make a ROI estimate statistically significant and therefore possible. If you believe in what you sell you set a price or give a trail that is 'opt-in' after 30 days. This sales tactic makes you an outlier to such a degree that it is obvious and therefore inentional on your part. You make it plain that even you doubt the value of your own product by tricking your customers to pay you in the short run.

Nice cash grab scam. Since this is the 2nd add-on I found that wants money for Google Calendar SMS notifications, I feel it necessary to note for anyone else trying to sell one of these: Google Calendars has built in FREE notifications and email reminders for events. There is no way I'd pay ANYTHING for an add-on that would provide SMS notifications. Even for businesses that could use in-house email or virtually any other program they're probably already paying for this seems like a total waste of money. I love how the only good reviews are obvious plants from the dev, the "absolute legend." Not to mention they say the dev reaches out to them directly for support. For what? Why would you need support to enter a reminder and some phone numbers in? Is it THAT difficult to use or THAT buggy? Nothing about this seems legit other than its request for money.

Great tool for sending our client reminders. This is not a good app for individuals. This is best for small businesses. We use it to let people know when we will be there. We sync with google calendar and Housecall Pro. We are way more organized than our competitors. Love it. Love the app.

Absolutely fabulous! I use this app every day in my allied health practice. It saves me a huge amount of time by reminding my clients automatically of their upcoming appointments. This also saves me lots of income as clients actually turn up! Before using this app my assistant had to spend time every day texting clients to remind them, and then deal with their responses back. Now I don't have that expense. For a very small texting fee, the app does all this for me. And now that we're in a Covid world, the developer has made it even easier for my practice to function by allowing my clients to make their own appointments, and when they do, they even receive the online link for our internet session. That's more time my assistant saves! The developer has been amazing ever since the first day I contacted him. I can almost guarantee he responds to my queries within 30 minutes! The developer has been 100% supportive with helping me set up the system and providing customised tweaks any time I need them. I have never met such an interactive developer happy to change my scripts in order to meet new requirements I have. This software really is a game changer. I simply don't understand at all those who do not agree. If you have a practice with clients running to your appointment schedule then you really really must give this product a go. Like any software, it takes a small amount of time to become familiar with it, but you will not regret your choice of app for an appointment reminder.

Great program for appointment reminders. It was easy to set up with minimal knowledge. The customer service was one of the best I have ever received. Any questions were answered right away through a chat window and literally anything I needed was addressed immediately. I would definitely and most certainly recommend this for anyone that needs to remind a lot of clients about their scheduled appointments. Our business uses google calendar by the way and Appointment Reminders syncs with it with flawlessly and updates it with confirmations or cancellations.
