Great App, saved me a heap of money as it so much better priced than other on the market. My customers get a reminder of upcoming appointments and they love the reply feature. It also had no problem integrating with Apps script. It is so handy and easy to use in the google calendar, I just forget it is working for me all the time.

Excellent addition to our Google Calendar! We use it to send confirmations and reminders to our tattoo clients. We tried another app previously, and while it worked okay for a while, it crashed, leaving us high and dry! We love that you can customize the messages and set it to automatic or use it manually. Highly recommend!

Easy to text clients a reminder about their appts to reduce no call no shows for my small tattoo shop. Send multiple messages for one appt too. One reminder or two and a custom message can be sent! Works great!

Update 10/2024: This is our second Open Enrollment season with Remind1 and after being away from the app during our off-time coming back to it was amazing. More USEABLE bells and whistles. Add-on functionality that reflects what those working with the app daily are requesting. Keep going Remind1, we're staying with you!! Works seamlessly with Google Calendar. It does exactly what we want, exactly what it promised to do, no unnecessary steps, over the top options, continuous interruptions for upsells, or anything else that most of us juggling calendars find annoying. Clearly states what you get for the trial, the basic level, and what you get when you scale up. Customer support is quick and just as no frills. They address the problem, give you several options for solutions, or the anticipate what you're trying to accomplish and move ahead with a solution, immediately e-mail and ask you to confirm the fix worked. After several failed attempts with calendars and SMS add-ons I was overjoyed with how truly easy and problem free remind1.com made the transition for us. If you're not sure if they offer something or can achieve something you don't see offered I would highly recommend going with the trial and then talking with customer support. I can't imagine there is much this team can't do.

The missing piece to Google scheduling! Remind1 is easy to setup and use and it saves me the hassle of sending out message reminders before my appointments. It’s been very helpful to my clients as well since email reminders can easily slip through the cracks. Competitive pricing too
