I am a Maximizer / Act refugee and grew tired of unreliable data sync issues and being forced into endless software upgrade cycles. As a cloud based solution, Solve360 obviously took care of those issues, but even more to my pleasant surprise, the workflow actually reflects how we work. It is very simple, yet adaptable. Our ability to search and view data in a variety of ways is excellent and useful. Solve360's integration with Google Apps is simple to configure yet comprehensive in scope. The passion for the product is evident in the prompt and well thought out replies to all inquiries that I have made - both before I committed by way of subscription and after. When I say promptly - I mean quick. As the owner of a small business, I truly appreciate the owner's passion for his craft - and that's how it comes off with Steve & Mike. I have vetted pretty much every available CRM solution. both hosted and cloud based - over 10 for sure. I would highly highly recommend this service over the rest.

This Solve CRM system is packed with useful and intuitive features which make me more effective in my work, which help me stay on top of the information I need to manage, and which help me nurture the relationships I need to nurture. And it's straightforward and easy to use- in the same way that I learned how to use an iPhone simply by using it, this has been my exact same experience with the Solve CRM- I'm learning it by using it. The Solve CRM has a beautiful, powerful, elegant simplicity to it which I've never seen in any other CRM, contact management system or database at any price. This is a really excellent and well designed system, I highly recommend it.

We've tried other CRM's and have found Solve to be the most intuitive and flexible, and offering very good value for money. I have found their email support to be excellent, providing a fast response to my questions and clear answers. We love the tagging feature, and the integration with Google Apps.

Just finished setting up the Mail Merge facility on Google Docs with Solve with the help of Rahul via online support where he 'drives' my computer. I was having problems and he fixed it immediately. Fab service - thank you.

I've searched high and low for a simple, fast, flexible CRM that can work the way I do... one that's feature rich yet still simple and intuitive. One that can handle basic sales force automation without requiring a PhD in programming. And one that can integrate smoothly with the Google apps environment. There are many great products out there. But Solve360 seems to stand head and shoulders above the rest. Their service is fantastic. The only negative I can offer is that they are reluctant to implement new feature suggestions. Perhaps this is due to the software's architecture. Perhaps it conflicts with the company's vision. Whatever the case, they are fairly happy with the system as it is. Don't look for any significant revisions. On the plus side though, they do their best to offer work-arounds if they don't have direct solutions. I'd say there's no such thing as perfect, but when compared with the list of peers, they still rise to the top.

I have now used Solve360 for about 18 months and I have to say it keeps surprising me in what it's capable of doing. The feature requests I might have are quickly responded to by the Norada team and, as if they read my mind, some of them are implemented but often with a better approach than I asked for. The ability to work with many2many relations is one of the most powerful features and the open and usable APIs makes wonders on or website :-) Thanks guys!

We are in Special Education. That's a very sensitive--even emotional--arena. The most important thing in CRM is treating people as people and keeping proper organized track of each and every interaction. I disapprove of CRM approached that treat people as revenue potential. My team needed a platform which simply functions as an extension of our memory and natural actions, allowing us genuine interactions with high numbers of people. We are intense Google Enterprise users and needed a tool that also seamlessly communicated with all our Google-stored materials/data. Solve360 offers it all. We can healthily and respectfully interact at a genuine and personal level with countless relationships. We can call them, email them, include them in projects, update them, do tasks pertaining to them, and much more. Everything is seamlessly linked, and you can customize pretty deeply when needed. Also offers APIs. Believe me, we tried basically every tool out there. It does require a little bit of a learning curve, but I have experienced consistent excellent support. A big thumbs up!

Well I must admit at first I was a bit dubious that Solve360 could really do all it said..... Well it did and then some. Finally someone has worked out how to bring it all together - combining a CRM with a project management system and combining it with the awesome google apps for mail and contacts. No wasted duplication effort, simple interface that looks just like google apps, and seamless integration. Hats off to you, this rocks. Nils Vesk Innovation Architect

This app is AMAZING. It's powerful, flexible, intuitive, and you'll notice a huge improvement in your company's efficiency and client relationships in just the FIRST WEEK. Our whole team is excited about 360 like it's Christmas morning because it seems everyday we 'find' another new and cool feature that helps us do what we do - but better. We're more consistent and on-top of client relationships and follow-ups, annual and quarterly reoccurring services and tasks aren't being forgotten or done at the last minute, and our in-house company projects are more organized and cohesive. The cherry on top are the great people at 360 that provide amazing support, training and rapid response to system issues (which every time has been due to operator error - or still having team members in the learning curve). I've recommended it to all my family and friends and I'll recommend it to you too ;o)

Best CRM I have used! I have used several CRM's including Sugar, Salesforce, Goldmine, Microsoft, Zoho, however none have been as flexible and easy to use as Solve360. Flexible to where you can implement your own workflow, not follow one set out by the crm company. It integrates beautifully with Google Apps (gmail labels), Zendesk, mailchimp and others. Customer support is by far the best I have experienced. I even received help from someone around 11 pm! Only thing I would like to see different is where I can assign emails to a project blog manually. As it stands when you link the email using gmail labels it assigns to the contact, project blog (using the subject of the email) and any other relation. Sometimes customers send emails without subjects or with a different subject and it does not attach to the project. This then becomes a 2-3 step process. I would highly recommend this product!
