Just finished setting up the Mail Merge facility on Google Docs with Solve with the help of Rahul via online support where he 'drives' my computer. I was having problems and he fixed it immediately. Fab service - thank you.

The support team has handled any issue I had in less than a day. They've always been courteous and professional. I've read some negative reviews from one or two users, but I have not experienced anything like they describe. We have 4 users and we're getting great results from this system, and results are what matter. I'm very pleased. Keep up the good work.

I reached out to Solve customer service and was extremely pleased at how fast they got back to me and how accurately they answered my question. I have only been using solve for about 6 months, and I am extremely satisfied.

I have now used Solve360 for about 18 months and I have to say it keeps surprising me in what it's capable of doing. The feature requests I might have are quickly responded to by the Norada team and, as if they read my mind, some of them are implemented but often with a better approach than I asked for. The ability to work with many2many relations is one of the most powerful features and the open and usable APIs makes wonders on or website :-) Thanks guys!

Because we tried a lot of opensource or paid CRM applications (SugarCRM, SalesForce, HighriseHQ, ..) I am quite confident when I write to you that this tool helps my very small company (2 people) to SAVE A LOT OF TIME and invest this one in sales development (or other activities, thanks Solve360!). It is easy to use, easy to begin with and easy to customize to your business needs.

We wanted to find out what contacts and companies have changed existing records after an import (the matching rules are not explained visibly at import and no information is given what accounts are merged before import) the following answer was given to me: "Norada is purely a product business. We focus entirely on Solve360 development and providing free customer care support. Rather than offering customization/consulting services, we leave that for our Solve360 Solution Partners who are always eager to help." Two things are striking about this answer: 1. finding out what accounts are merged is seen as an additional consulting service. I wouldn't have purchased this service if I had known this before. 2. customer service is not what Norada has high on their agenda. Maybe just another company where engineering runs the company. To be fair, after I pointed out the ignorance in their answer to their customer support and announced I will make this public, they apologized for that answer. I still have to see a solution for the problem. Maybe they are reading this review.

Well I must admit at first I was a bit dubious that Solve360 could really do all it said..... Well it did and then some. Finally someone has worked out how to bring it all together - combining a CRM with a project management system and combining it with the awesome google apps for mail and contacts. No wasted duplication effort, simple interface that looks just like google apps, and seamless integration. Hats off to you, this rocks. Nils Vesk Innovation Architect

Best CRM I have used! I have used several CRM's including Sugar, Salesforce, Goldmine, Microsoft, Zoho, however none have been as flexible and easy to use as Solve360. Flexible to where you can implement your own workflow, not follow one set out by the crm company. It integrates beautifully with Google Apps (gmail labels), Zendesk, mailchimp and others. Customer support is by far the best I have experienced. I even received help from someone around 11 pm! Only thing I would like to see different is where I can assign emails to a project blog manually. As it stands when you link the email using gmail labels it assigns to the contact, project blog (using the subject of the email) and any other relation. Sometimes customers send emails without subjects or with a different subject and it does not attach to the project. This then becomes a 2-3 step process. I would highly recommend this product! Thanks Norada...I am now married to my work because of your software =)

After searching high and low, I have finally found Solve 360 and am one month into deployment. I strongly recommend that folks look at this closely because it should not be overlooked! I tried ZOHO before and I couldn't fully deploy or get my staff to adopt it. It was complex, clunky, and buggy. Salesforce would have been a race to ever escalating costs, yikes! Solve 360 staff has been super prompt and helpful in getting our company to learn the ropes. I love the different approach to CRM and the fresh attractive design and simplicity.

We run our own small business and really wanted and decent CRM that integrated project management, so both Sales and Ops could actually use the same system. While some parts of the project management piece could be better, it's got some great bells and whistles, and the CRM is top notch, far better than more expensive solutions. Recommended!
