stopped working - can you please fix this and give us an update so we know what's going on? i can't find any other apps that perform this function! the only thing i can do now is press the "help" button

Stopped working across all accounts and browsers. In 2026 it should be super easy to alphabetize something inside a document. It's ridiculous that google docs doesn't have the feature already built into it in the first place.

So disappointed. Worked perfectly until recently, now the only option is 'Help'. No response from the 'report an issue' option about how to fix / if it will be fixed.

Stopped working for a while now. There's only help button left to click in the menu. It's sad that there's nothing else for me to do than wait for it to get fixed if i still want to use google docs for easier access. Hope it gets fixed soon...

Joining the chorus of voices so far that this app no longer works and that I would love it if it could again. Sorting is just so much easier with the alphabetizing feature. Please I am begging you.
