I wish I could give them 6 stars. I shopped around and tried 3 other competitors' gsuite backup solutions before choosing Spanning. Immediately upon my initial install at around 8AM, I had a problem so I called tech support. Not expecting to actually reach a person, I was pleasantly surpsrised to speak with someone knowledgeable (Daniel Oo) who walked me through the process, helped me figure out what I had misunderstood/done wrong, and even called back a few hours later to make sure all was working. Later, during the trial period when I had decided to purchase, there was a mixup with the billing dept. and I had a complaint about a slight overcharge, which I voiced via email. Two separate people reached out to me to make sure the problem had been corrected (it was) and to make sure I was happy (I am). I'm not accustomed to such great support and follow-up. This company clearly cares about its customers. That's not enough of a reason to stay with them, so I should mention that I've thoroughly tested the backup service by creating, editing, deleting, and selectively restoring files to make sure it actually works. It does. And for a small domain like mine, none of the competition comes clsoe to the Spanning's pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
