SpinAndWheel brings the random wheel from spinandwheel.com into your Google Meet™ calls. Start it from the side panel and everyone who joins the activity gets the same wheel on their screen: the same options, the same spin, the same winner. Let chance decide who presents next, which icebreaker question to answer, or where the team goes for lunch.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Spin together: every participant who joins sees the wheel live and can spin it from the main stage or the side panel.
- Build the wheel together: anyone in the activity can add, edit, paste or shuffle options and change the title and settings. Changes appear for everyone instantly.
- Stay in control when you need to: the person who starts the activity can switch on "Only I can spin and edit" at any moment, and switch it off again to hand the wheel back to the group.
- Use current participants: one click fills the wheel with the names of everyone in the call, so picking a person is instant.
- Start from ready-made office wheels: Office Icebreaker Generator (getting to know you, funny, work and team, remote team), Team Building Wheel (quick activities, team challenges, conversation prompts, fun workplace challenges) and Office Lunch Wheel (cuisine, food type, lunch decision, where to eat).
- Remove the winner with one click, or automatically after every spin, to pick everyone in turn.
- Turn the spin sound on or off.

HOW IT WORKS IN A CALL
1. Open Activities in Google Meet™ and choose SpinAndWheel.
2. Set up your wheel in the side panel and press Start.
3. Everyone in the call is invited to join. Each participant who joins sees the same wheel on their main stage and in their side panel, and can spin and edit it.
4. Optional: lock the wheel so only you can spin and edit, and unlock it whenever you like. End the activity to close the wheel for everyone.

PRIVACY FIRST
- No account and no sign-up.
- During an activity the wheel is kept in a private shared room on Firebase™ that only the activity's participants can open. It is deleted when the activity ends, and after 24 hours at the latest.
- No recording, no access to audio, video or chat.
- The participants feature reads display names through the Google Meet™ API only after you allow it, and uses them for nothing but the wheel.
- No advertising inside the add-on.
