Spreadsheet Sync brings the power and flexibility of Google Sheets to your QuickBooks Online Advanced accounting and financial data. Designed for finance teams and accountants, this add-in easily and accurately syncs your critical financial data to Google Sheets, so you can work confidently with the spreadsheet tool you know. It provides powerful reporting capabilities with live data, and lets you bulk upload and edit transactions from Google Sheets back to QuickBooks. You can even consolidate data from multiple companies in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
There is no need to worry about manual data entry, upload limits or messy CSV imports and exports. You can use Spreadsheet Sync to create, edit, or archive journal entries, purchase orders, bank transactions, timesheets, tracking categories, chart of accounts, contacts, items, bank transfers, employee information, bills and invoices in bulk, and then sync directly from Google Sheets to QuickBooks.

Doesn't work, services in the console show 503 responses. No updates from Quickbooks.

We couldn’t get the QuickBooks connection working and it is very unreliable. This blocked our Google Sheets reporting. We resorted to Finboard.ai. It got the job done, but having to use an external service shouldn’t be necessary

It works but not really, I had to login to QBO each time I wanted to refresh. It loads slow. I could download the report and paste it to sheets manually in same time

I can't see any reason why the app will not reconnect in Quickbooks...but the connection hasn't been working for months, and I've been trying to reconnect it for months. Everything in my Google Workspace looks like it should be able to connect as it's been granted the permissions it needs. Not pleased with this app.

This was a snap to install, and I could select which group in our Google Workspace account to share it with. The connector works beautifully!
