How is this different from the SORT function in Google Sheets™?
The SORT function creates a duplicate of your data and requires formulas. StaySorted works on your original data and sorts automatically when new rows are added - no formulas required.

Does it work with Google Forms™ responses?
Yes. Turn on the Twice-Daily Sorter and new form responses are sorted within 12 hours, even when your sheet is closed.

Will it slow down my spreadsheet?
No. StaySorted runs only when rows are added or edited (and twice a day if you turn on the timer); it doesn't run in the background while you work. Most sorts finish in a few seconds; very large ranges take longer.

What if my collaborators don't have StaySorted?
Their new rows still sort. Auto-sort is attached to the sheet and runs under the account of the person who set it up, so it fires whenever anyone with edit access adds or changes a row. Other editors don't need to install StaySorted or set up the sort again. If the person who set it up loses edit access to the sheet, sorting stops until someone else sets it up.
