Open .stl and .obj 3D models from Google Drive™ with one click and see them in your browser. Right-click a model in Google Drive™ and choose Open with. WHAT IT DOES - Binary and ASCII .stl, and .obj - Rotate, zoom and move by mouse or touch - Fit to view, plus top, front and side views - Size in the file's units and the triangle count, with a grid for scale - Large models stay movable: while you turn one, a lighter copy is drawn, and full detail returns when you let go - Also opens models from your computer, by drag and drop, with no sign-in PRIVACY The file goes straight from Google Drive™ to your browser, and the model is drawn there. There is no server of ours, no account and no ads. The app can only read files you open with it. PRICING Free. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - Colours, textures and materials are not shown. - .3mf, .step and .gltf do not open. - An STL file does not say what unit it uses. The viewer assumes millimetres, and you can choose centimetres or inches. - Models over 8,000,000 triangles or 400 MB do not open, because a larger model can run your browser out of memory. - It needs WebGL 2. If that is off in your browser, the page says so and still gives the size and triangle count. Questions: support@readepub.app Google Drive™ is a trademark of Google LLC.
