very fast gmail integration. handy tasks and reminders that stay on the footer and minimize out of the way, but still a visual cue to revisit! Would like better field AI field automation and perhaps a dedicated desktop OS that compliments the Gmail integrated app. I used Missive in the past and several others. But just enjoy the speed and reliability of gmail for communication and auto categories.

!!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!! I was happily using the Free plan and I was happy with the limitations that came with that. But they kept bugging me to go for the Pro+ Trial for 14days. I was not keen to do it because I felt the price was not worth it but I eventually relented, expecting to be able to go back to my free plan afterwards. I thought that maybe I'd discover some thing in those 14days that might make me see the value of a paid plan. But I did not, and when my "Trial" ended they blocked me from using the app as I did before saying their policy had changed. So now, even if I was inclined to pay their ridiculous rate, I won't purely based on their lack of integrity. How do I know that they won't pull the same or similar trick again. My advice is that there are better & cheaper options out there from companies with better integrity.

I learned about this tool from a paid for professional management class, invested much time into this app only for it to jump from free to $50-60 a month. Really screwed over plenty who use this for small independent businesses. Don't bother, you can find alternative tools elsewhere.

Me hubiera gustado continuar usando CRM Streak, después de cargar mucha información de proyectos en la herramienta en una versión básica ahora me bloquearon el acceso para modificar el pipeline de proyectos y para hacerlo ahora me obligan a que tengo que pagar la version PRO

A CRM is only as useful as the information that gets put in. I love streak not because it has the most or best features (tho there are some nice automations), but b/c it's dead simple and accessible, which means I actually use it.

An add-on that turnes the out-of-control Gmail into a fully customizable spreadsheet with advanced filtering options that is ALSO a CRM with pipelines! A dream come true! More than that, surprizingly, building the pipeline exactly the way I need forced me into clarity and understanduling of the exact steps of my own business. The number one tool discovery of the year for me.

I love it. No time to talk what's wrong with it at this point (because I don't think much is wrong =) so thanks Streak! I'm an HR Director at a small nonprofit w/a tight budget so the ability to still be able to do a number of important internal CRM actions, and have other critical services like applicant and email tracking, etc. is pretty invaluable. Thanks again!
