Student Work Log is a highly automated Google Add-On that is fully integrated with Google Classroom. Teachers can keep track of students’ work and attendance with very little effort. Main Features: Automatic Imports: All of your courses, rosters, assignments and grades are automatically imported from Google Classroom upon installation. Computerized: It instantly records a student’s attendance. Students can take attendance directly from their classroom. Upon submission, students will get a confirmation email, and a “P” as in present on the respective course sheet(s). If you teach more than one subject to the same class, students will be marked present in all courses you teach. It will also record the number of days a student did work, as well as the last day a student did work. Both are color coded. Red color is for students who have the least number of days of work relative to other students in the course. Red color is for students who have the most number of days without doing any work relative to other students in the course. Course Update: Automatically performed one course at a time, every two hours. Add/Remove students based on your active course roster, and get course work logs. Share Course File: Share a course sheet with a co-teacher or administrator in two simple steps. The shared file is viewable as data so changes cannot be made to your course sheet. View on Calendar: It offers a student’s work log on a calendar view. This way teachers can view student’s work habits. Additional Benefits: Complete transparency between teachers, students and guardians.
