I cannot get this add-on to pop up as indicated in the add-on description provided by Google. I have an individual type plan for survey monkey. Given these one-star reviews, it looks like I don't have the right survey monkey plan. Google should explain this. It has been a waste of my time trying to get it to work.

They let you know in the last step of the proccess that the product is paid (and very expensive). This shouldn't be allowed as a plugin.

I have upgraded my SM account to the tune of hundreds of dollars so that I could move my google forms to it for the more robust features SM offers. It appears to be connected just fine, I am logged in to my SM account and it appears to be linked with google forms. I try to "Convert to Survey" from one of my google forms surveys and after a few minutes I get a completely useless message saying, "Error occurred, please try again" So, I try again...and again...and again...and (you get the idea). Would you believe it, I get the same exact result every time! Useless message, I have no idea why it won't work but I think I'll stop "trying again". TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ($ spent on SurveyMonkey, that is...this free add-on was worth every penny).

Did not find much point in it. All I ended up getting was a Survey on Survey Monkey instead of a Google Form on Google... Not much point in having it. Thought I could add some features in GOOGLE FORMS with this! All in all, useless to me.

This does not work as it says it does in SurveyMonkey Support. The Forms add-on requires a Pro plan, though the documentation says it works for any account level (since it's only importing the questions, not the answers). This doesn't even do that.

Totally found no guide on way to import and convert a google form into a survey monkey form...In fact I have paid for survey monkey plan in order to use this. Anyone can help？
