SYNCDATE keeps the calendars you hold at different companies honest about when you are busy, without any of them showing each other what you are doing.

Connect your Google™ account alongside Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud, or any CalDAV server. Choose which calendars feed which. Book a meeting at one company and the time is blocked at the others.

A copied event says "Busy" and nothing else by default. No title, no guests, no location. If you want the full detail on one of your own calendars, you turn that on for that calendar.

WHO USES IT

Consultants and contractors with a calendar at every client. Fractional executives and multi-company operators. Agency and studio owners. People whose week runs across three to eight accounts at different organisations.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect your accounts over OAuth.
2. Choose a direction: one way, or both ways.
3. Choose what crosses over: busy only, or the full details.
4. Google™ and Outlook push their changes to SYNCDATE as they happen. iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud, other CalDAV servers and subscribed feeds are checked every 15 minutes.

WHAT IT WILL NOT DO

SYNCDATE only ever adds and removes its own copies. Your original events are not edited. Every run is recorded, and when you delete a sync you can have SYNCDATE remove everything it created.

CALENDARS SUPPORTED

Google Calendar™, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud and other CalDAV servers, all two-way. Subscribed feed URLs (ICS) work as a read-only source.

WHY THESE PERMISSIONS

calendar.readonly reads the events SYNCDATE has to mirror. calendar.events creates, updates and removes the copies it made. SYNCDATE never touches an event it did not create, and it cannot see any calendar you did not select.

Plus — every account you have, several arrangements, one rule per arrangement.
Pro — a different rule for each calendar inside one arrangement. Busy to the client, full details to you.
Team — everyone's arrangements, billed once.
