Task tracker is a tool that helps in managing daily tasks easily and efficiently. The user can use this on the web and on mobile from our Android and IOS apps. The application is available in 9 languages and it’s also integrated with WhatsApp, google calendar, and zoom.

Since the web application is designed for use with Gmail™ you can easily manage your tasks and projects. Now you can use it to turn emails into tasks without leaving your Gmail™ inbox. It also helps to turn an email into a task, assign it to yourself or a team member, set a due date, and add it to a bucket. Task tracker also has more than 3000 trusted clients. 

The application can be implemented by the user/organization in just 3 simple steps.

Add a team member: Here the user can add the details of the team member. There are three categories in add team member.
Manager:  View all the tasks and can assign tasks to anyone.
Assistant manager: Allocates tasks to anyone in the team. 
Team member: Can only view and close tasks assigned to him.
Add bucket: In adding bucket, the user/ manager can add the tasks. And this helps the user with reporting as well as organizing. 
Add task: In add task the user can assign the task to the team member or to yourselves. The user/ manager of the organization can also assign tasks to multiple team members.  

The manager can see all the team members' tasks in the task tracker application. Whether it is due today, overdue, or closed late.  The tasks can be updated and also the geolocation can be captured.

Timesheets: With the help of timesheets, selected managers can track the team member's productive hours. The team member can add up to 4 managers. The team member can also add how much time he/she has spent on each task on a daily basis which can be shared with selected 4 managers.  
Task tracker also shares this information with the managers through WhatsApp as well as email in a  PDF format. 
Managers can also see the team member's timesheet status for the past five days. Status is given in different colours, so the manager can easily understand what the status is. 

Calendar: The team member whomever the manager has added the task can see the task in calendar format and also manager will be able to see the whole plan for the team members. 

Attendance: Here the team member can see his/her attendance and the manager can see all the team member's attendance. Another important feature is the manager will get a 90-day detailed punch-in and punch-out with the location and also 5-day attendance in real-time. 

Leaves: With task tracker, an organization can manage the leaves of team members.  Team members can submit leave requests through the portal and the manager can decide whether to approve the request or not. 

Reports: In the application, the organization's manager can see all the reports of the team members. Manager can monitor the performance of the team members, whether the task is completed on time or not. All these data can be seen with the help of the report section. 

External alerts: One of the best features of the Task Tracker is external alerts. With the help of external alerts helps the organization communicate with anyone outside the organization. And most importantly task tracker helps you to send messages automatically. The organization just wants to set the date and time. This also gives a quick 30-second overview of all the work done by the organization. 
There is also a notice board feature in the Task Tracker that helps the organization to give any kind of announcement to all the team members in one go and the team members will also get this announcement on their WhatsApp. 

Team score: The manager of the organization can review the performance of the team member just by selecting the date.

Reminders:  Team members will get 48 hours and 24-hour task reminders via email, which helps them complete it on time. And, since the Task tracker is integrated with WhatsApp the team members will also get a notification of whatever tasks are due today and overdue.
