Part 1: Marking sheet This program significantly reduces the time used to prepare the marking sheet by automatically generating the needed columns which are specified by the users and all the formulas in the spreadsheet. The color schemes and cell styles are carefully designed so that it would speed up the user’s marking process. It only reads the student information file whose file name was given by the user and this file should be uploaded in the drive folder of the current marking spreadsheet. You can also export any needed columns such as *grade* and *feedback* to a CSV file. This CSV file will be saved in the drive folder of the current marking spreadsheet. Moreover, you can dynamically add assessment items and criteria in the summary sheet and update the formula anytime, and it won’t delete any data of the spreadsheet as well as the files in your google drive. All in all, you just need to focus on the information of the assessments and filling in the marks and comments. Let *teacher tool* handle the rest of them. Part 2: Question bank This program creates an easy way to fill in the quiz questions which can be uploaded to Moodle question bank. The question types include ‘multipleChoice’, ‘shortAnswer’, ‘matching’, ‘essay’, and ‘description’. If you want to apply styles in the question, ‘markdown’ text format could be used. Also, this program can convert and load Moodle question bank in GIFT format to google spreadsheet. Moreover, the question bank can be exported to google doc files with Markdown style. All in all, it saves you lots of time creating a question bank in Moodle.
