Teachers gradebook is a Google Sheets (Google Sheets™) Add-on, that is designed to help teachers assess students’ progress with very little effort. It performs multiple tasks, most of which is automated, allowing teachers to focus more on their teaching as opposed to dealing with rosters, grades, grade averages, student performance and other administrative tasks. 1. Creates a course shets for all active courses. 2. Gets information and direct links to all the Google Classroom posted assignments, such as title, due dates. 3. Automatically Sets Formulas on an Hourly Basis. 4. Prepares students' progress reports. Students may access them at any time. 5. It updates all students' grades, for all courses. What do teachers need to do? 1. Add a marking period for each course, with their categories, and corresponding category weights. 2. Enter the last day of each marking period, for each course. 3. Send Progress Reports to selected students, as well as all the students of the course. It is worth noting that students can get their progress reports on their own from Google Classroom at any time.
