Within the same spreadsheet, create a copy of a template or graphic organizer for each tab name or student name on a roster/class list. Ability to export individual tabs in a spreadsheet to new individual spreadsheets.

On the first sheet in any spreadsheet, create a list of tab names or student names in column A. Use Setup in the TemplateTab menu to assist. 

The 2nd sheet should be a template or graphic organizer that you want duplicated multiple times within the same spreadsheet. 

TemplateTab makes it significantly faster to duplicate a sheet multiple times within a spreadsheet and to assign specific names to each tab. 

Run TemplateTab to loop through each tab name or student name listed on the first sheet to create a copy of the second sheet in the spreadsheet. Each duplicated sheet will be named the next tab name on the list in column A.

Upgraded Feature: For $5 per year, upgrade TemplateTab to be able to export the individual tabs to separate individual sheets. 
⭐️Option 1: (Export Tabs) Export static tabs that do not update.
⭐️Option 2: (Export Dynamic Sheets) Make the exported sheets DYNAMIC, changes in the sheets are reflected in the exported sheets.
⭐️Option 3: (Reverse Dynamic Sheets) Create a spreadsheet per sheet that are linked back to the main sheet. Edits in the exported sheet are reflected back in the main sheet. 

Reuse Template: Use the sidebar menu to copy the template/graphic organizer to a new spreadsheet. In the new spreadsheet, create a new list of tab names in column A and run TemplateTab.

Teaching Suggestion: This Add-on was originally created with educators in mind to increase collaboration and reduce digital paperwork. Teachers can setup a spreadsheet using TemplateTab and paste their student roster/class list into column A. On the 2nd sheet design a graphic organizer to allow students to complete a classroom task. Run TemplateTab to put each students name on a copy of the template, within the same spreadsheet. Share the spreadsheet with the students, giving them edit access. Each student locates their name on the assigned tab to complete their work.
