When I started using this app, it was really good to get audio experts, even though the voices were some rather standard MS voices even on the Premium plan. A while later, I went back to do some more T2V and the voices have all changed, with no American-accent voices included at all. Not very premium if I can't get voices which resonate with my audience. Uninstalling and starting a new search for a similar service.

It only generates tts for about 20 seconds of the document, even if you select the entire document or upload it. My file is well under 50MB (25kb) and I've purchased the premium plan. I would like to request a refund, since this product simply does not work. The reason I purchased it is because the online tts version has excellent voices and always works as described. I may still pay for the premium version online, but not until I know I will receive my refund here first. This app could be amazing, but it needs some bugs worked out before I can rely on it.
