The Stock Wizard turns one Google Sheets™ spreadsheet into stock control for a small shop. Live stock counts for every product, per shop. Guided stocktakes: pick a shop, count a section at a time, and anything you leave blank keeps its figure, so a partial count is always safe. A recount flow that lists only the products that did not match. A permanent Count Results record of anything that went missing, in money, so you can see whether the same product keeps disappearing. Write off damaged or lost stock the day it happens. A reorder list built from your own sales speed, supplier lead times, pack sizes and safety stock, laid out as one purchase order tab per supplier. Deliveries received in seconds, with a running total that cannot double count. A dashboard with stock value, margin, top sellers and dead stock. A data health check that reads everything and changes nothing.

Underneath, every change is a line in an append-only movement log, and your stock figure is simply that log added up. That is why the numbers can always be checked, and always repaired: one click rebuilds every figure from the log.

The add-on asks for the narrowest permission there is: it can only touch the spreadsheet it is installed in. It cannot see your Google Drive™, your other files, or your email, and it makes no calls to any outside service. Your products, sales and counts live in your own spreadsheet, in your own Google Account, full stop.

HONEST LIMITS

The Stock Wizard is built for a laptop, or a tablet in a browser. The Google Sheets™ phone apps do not show add-on menus or panels, so plan your counting around a device with a keyboard. Purchase orders are built as tidy tabs you print or copy into your own email; the add-on itself sends nothing. It suggests better order quantities once it has a few weeks of your sales.
