Overview
Finding a time that works for everyone shouldn't take a week of emails.

Time Finder for Calendar™ is a free meeting scheduler inside Google Calendar™ that helps you find a time and schedule a meeting with everyone. Tell it who's coming and when you'd like to meet. Time Finder checks the available calendars and emails anyone whose calendar it doesn't have access to. Once Time Finder hears back from the people it emailed, it sets up the meeting for everyone.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Open it up. It's in Google Calendar™, on the right side of the page.
2. Specify when you want to have a meeting and who is coming.
3. Time Finder checks the available calendars and emails anyone whose calendar it doesn't have access to.
4. Once Time Finder hears back from the people it emailed, it sets up the meeting for everyone.

WHY SCHOOLS, COMPANIES AND TEAMS USE IT

- It works with people outside your school or company. Their calendars usually aren't visible to you, so instead of guessing, Time Finder emails them a few times that already work for everyone else.
- There's no meeting poll to build, and nothing for anyone to sign up for or install. The people you ask just check the times that work for them.
- One invite goes out from your own calendar, with a Google Meet™ link if you want one.
- While you wait for answers, a hold sits on your calendar at each time you offered, so you can see what's coming.
- Group scheduling for a team, a school office, a club or a small business, with no account to create.

WHAT IT CAN SEE

Time Finder sees when people are busy, never what their events are. It never reads your email or your contacts.

INSTALL TIPS

Before you install: use one Google account in this browser. If you've got several signed in, the install can stop before it reaches the permissions screen. Open an incognito window, sign in with just the account you want, and the install goes through.

Permissions Tip: When the permission screen loads, you need to check all of the boxes. If you miss even one, Time Finder won't work for you.
