Set a countdown timer for your Google Forms online tests or quizzes

2) Start and end date
Activate and/or deactivate your form based on a date and time, ideally for your quiz or exam

3) Email notifications
Receive email notifications for each form submission

No external platform and no external account is required

5) Basic proctor functionality
The user plus timestamp will be tracked for each attempt

1) Only the "Help" menu item does show up
This issue can not be fixed by us. Just reload the page, then all menu items will show up.

2) The error message "drive.google.com refuses to connect" shows up within the sidebar
This issue can also not be fixed by us. The cause for this error message is that multiple users are logged in within the browser.
Solution 1:
Just log out with all users, except the one which should be used to work with the addon.
Solution 2:
Use a different browser or the incognito mode.

2) The sidebar is completely blank
Again, the cause for this error is outside the timer addon. The cause for this error message is that multiple users are logged in within the browser.

This timer is an absolute lifesaver for me. I collaborated it with the Google forms quiz and the result was amazing and I could arrange a successful quiz contest for my page audience. If you are facing any problem using other extensions while designing a google form then you can certainly take help from this feature. Trust me, it's worth it 😊.
