i had to give it a 5 star rating because it wouldn't let me access the set date/time feature. I did not know that this was a condition of the feature; I was under the impression that all of it was included without any strings attached

Upgraded to the pro with the promise I could cancel at any time. I tried to cancel today, and there isn't a place to. The link they supply takes you to a place to sign up for Pro. There is no way to sign in or out of any kind of account. Now I will have to go through the hassle of changing my bank card to get it stopped. I do not recommend doing business with this company. ZERO stars!
