Overview
Easily separate data into individual tabs. From the spreadsheet resulting from a Google Form or any spreadsheet of data, select the column in the toTabs sidebar that you wish to filter the spreadsheet by. A new tab for each unique value in that column will be created. Collects NO USER DATA.

For a survey, sort the customer responses into individual tabs based on their rating.
For teachers, sort the Google Form quiz results by class period or question response.
For a spreadsheet of expenses, create a sheet per expense type to filter your expenses into individual lists.
For product orders, sort the spreadsheet data into tabs by shirt size (for example.)

This Add-on was developed by Alice Keeler. It is free and collects NO user data. No PII. Check out more of her Add-ons at http://alicekeeler.com/codedbyalice

I really like it, simple and effective. Anyone knows if there is an easy way to make the data available as seperate worksheets, not as tabs?

The toTabs app has been a lifesaver/timesaver for me. I love the ease of use in this app. I thought that I would use this app on occasion but I use it all of the time. It pulls data that my students or colleagues enter into a Google Form and sort it into different tabs in the data spreadsheet. It has saved me hours and hours of time.

This is so helpful for so many things. I teach multiple classes of the same subject. Sorting form data by class period is so helpful. I also use this same add on for personal reasons, like sorting transactions by category. Its also nice to know, no user data is saved and that this was created with love to help teachers.

Amazing for data analysis. As you're doing the exploratory step with data this is really helpful to see the patterns that may arise. You can run it again using a different column so now I have a lot of tabs filtering the data many different ways. Love it.

We are at times getting #REF! in cell A2 on all the school sheets that we have set toTabs to sort by. Possible reasons: We are running Autocrat on one of the school sheets The original Google Form was changed to include an extra school A new form came in with a new school that doesn't have a tab yet I am puzzled - which of these do you think it may be? Or is there something else... Before this event. I noticed individual sheets having the #REF! when someone tried to edit the school sheet or attempted to add a filter. This new issue is different because all the sheets are showing #REF! simultaneously. Thanks in advance for the help.
