Transfer Ownership will look through a folder and it’s sub-folders and transfer ownership of all the files and folders to a new owner.   The files can be from many different owners, however they all need to be in the same domain.   This add-on requires administrative rights to set up.   Transfer Ownership can also provide you a report without having to transfer, and the ability to selectively transfer ownership of individual files and folders.   Transfer processes can be scheduled so that the folders are always up to date.
