Add cards from Gmail™
- Open any email in your inbox and click the Trello icon in the Gmail™ side panel. 
- Your card will be pre-filled with the subject line as the title and the email body as the description
- Edit as needed, choose the board and list where your new card belongs, and you're done!

Add cards from Chat™
There’s two simple ways you can create new Trello cards from Chat™ messages:
- Open the message menu and select “Create card from message.”
- Start a chat with the Trello for Google Workspace™ app, then type “add” and the name of your new card.

On a paid Trello plan? Trello AI automatically distills your captured emails and chats into clean, concise card titles and descriptions you can edit as needed. You can disable AI summarization via your settings.

Share a link to a board or card in a chat, and Trello for Google Workspace™ will generate a preview you can use to star, watch, or join. You can also comment directly on a card via the preview.
