Key features:
1.	The app supports Electronic signatures and Advanced Electronic signatures (AES) using DSC tokens.
2.	Initiate a document by specifying the signer email IDs in the order of signatures.
3.	Define the signing location for each signer. 
4.	Specify up to 5 signers per document.
5.	Sequential signatures in the order specified by the user.
6.	The status of the document (Pending/Completed) is maintained.
7.	A copy of a signed document can be emailed directly from the Google Workspace.

Get started:
1.	Install TRUESigner ONE add on from Google Workspace Marketplace. 
2.	Select the red and white pen icon on the right sidebar. If the side bar is not visible, look for a small icon in the bottom right corner to expand it. 
3.	If  you do not have an account on TRUESigner ONE, you can seamlessly sign in using your Google account. Your account comes loaded with 20 signatures. You can top up more signatures as required. 
How to initiate a document for signing:
1.	Click on TRUESigner ONE icon.
2.	Select sign type – eSign or DSC.
3.	Clicking on the ‘Add Signers’ button. User’s email id will be populated as the first signer by default. To remove click on the red cross next to the email address. 
4.	Click on the ‘Add’ button to add more signers (upto 5). 
5.	Click on the ‘Send Document’ button, the document is opened for placing the signature locations for all signers.
6.	If you are the first signer or selected the self-sign, you can complete the signing right there. Follow given instructions for  electronic or DSC token based sign.
7.	Other signers receive the signing link on email. The emails are sent sequentially i.e. email to a signer is sent only after the previous signer has completed signing.
8.	The signers can click on the link received. They can view the document in TRUESigner ONE and complete the signing.
9.	Once all signatures are completed, the document is securely saved to Google Drive and is also available in the your TRUESigner ONE account.
