truRooms for Google Calendar™ is a companion app for your truRooms™ Meeting Room Scheduling suite. It enables you to check availability, book rooms, and schedule meetings from within the Google Calendar™ or Gmail™. If your organization uses the truRooms™ application, truRooms for Google Calendar™ will empower you to take all the actions from one place without needing a specific portal or web app. Quick Book QuickBook allows users to instantly book a meeting room with just a title and timing information. Users are offered the entire list of rooms to choose from. This makes the room booking journey even easier for instant ad-hoc meetings. Quick Assign QuickAssign automatically gives users a list of meetings that don't have any meeting room assigned. This includes the meetings that users have received from other participants. Users can simply press "Book Room" to assign a meeting room from a list of available ones. Original VC details are preserved. Invite from Other Users - A separate meeting is created to keep track of the truRooms booking. - That new meeting can be adjusted to make any adjustment to the booking. - All participants receive the email about the room booking even external ones. No duplicate meeting invite is sent, only the truRooms notification. - If a change is made to the meeting and the same room is not available, a new room is automatically assigned and all the participants receive the update. Owned Meeting - The same meeting is updated with the truRooms details. - The VC details (Google Meet™ or otherwise) are all preserved. - All participants receive the email about the room booking even external ones. No duplicate meeting invite is sent, only the truRooms notification. - If a change is made to the meeting and the same room is not available, a new room is automatically assigned and all the participants receive the update.
