Ukebaco creates a link you can send to clients, customers or colleagues to collect files. They open the link in a browser, fill in a few fields such as company and name, and upload. No Google account, no sign-up. The files land directly in your Google Drive™, sorted into folders and renamed by the rules you set, and every submission is logged in a Google Sheets™ ledger. Typical uses - Receiving invoices, quotes and delivery notes - Collecting application forms and identity documents - Receiving large files such as photos and video (up to 2 GB per file) - Gathering recurring submissions from teams or partners Features - Custom form fields per link (company, contact name, document type and more) - Folder sorting and file naming generated from those fields - Email verification with a receipt email, a numeric PIN and a deadline (Pro) - Submission pages in Japanese and English - Works with in-browser AI agents through WebMCP: create or close links and check what has arrived (beta; browser support is limited) Security - Access to Google Drive™ is limited to folders created or picked through the app (drive.file). Ukebaco never reads the rest of your Google Drive™ - Files go from the browser straight to Google Drive™; Ukebaco's servers do not store them - Every submission page shows who created it, so recipients can tell a genuine request from an impostor Pricing - Free: ¥0 (1 link, 5 files per month, 500 MB per file) - Pro: ¥2,200 per month, tax included (unlimited links, 500 files per month, 2 GB per file, email verification, PIN and deadlines) - Team: ¥5,800 per month, coming soon - Paid plans are not offered to individual customers in the EU or the UK Support: https://ukeba.co/en/support Operated by 7thcode, Japan.
