Untoil finds toil in your team's Google Workspace™: Google Drive™ files and Google Chat™ spaces where work is stuck, duplicated, or waiting on someone.

A Super Admin installs Untoil from Google Workspace Marketplace™. That grants domain-wide delegation so Untoil can read Drive™, Chat™, and Directory for the domain. Untoil uses that access to scan and capture toil. It does not post to Drive™ or Chat™ as your users.

People get activity notifications by email, Slack, in the app, and optionally as Untoil Chat DMs. Chat DMs come from the Untoil Chat app, not from anyone's account.

After install:
- Admins open Team Integrations and Verify with Google.
- Anyone who wants Chat DMs opens Profile Notifications, turns on Google Chat™, and sends a test message.
