Untoil finds toil in your team's Google WorkspaceâĒ: Google DriveâĒ files and Google ChatâĒ spaces where work is stuck, duplicated, or waiting on someone. A Super Admin installs Untoil from Google Workspace MarketplaceâĒ. That grants domain-wide delegation so Untoil can read DriveâĒ, ChatâĒ, and Directory for the domain. Untoil uses that access to scan and capture toil. It does not post to DriveâĒ or ChatâĒ as your users. People get activity notifications by email, Slack, in the app, and optionally as Untoil Chat DMs. Chat DMs come from the Untoil Chat app, not from anyone's account. After install: - Admins open Team Integrations and Verify with Google. - Anyone who wants Chat DMs opens Profile Notifications, turns on Google ChatâĒ, and sends a test message.
