This add-on allows you to pull data in two forms: from reports that you are familiar with in Rent Manager (i.e. Profit & Loss, Delinquency, Balance Sheet, etc.) as well as queries, which allow you to access any object data in Rent Manager. You can set up these reports or queries to update automatically at intervals ranging from hourly to monthly. You can then setup charts and tables in Google Sheets™ (or many other analytics softwares) that are built on the data being imported and stop having to manually update the data.
